If you decide that you would like to return any item that you purchase after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking charge. From 60 to 90 days there will be a 25% restorcking charge. After 90 days and up to 2 years from the original date of purchase there will be a 50% restocking charge. Absolutely no returns after 2 years. In any case, you must return a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. In ALL cases there will be a credit issued only to be used on future purchases, no cash refunds will be issues.
No returns will be accepted on special order items. All returned merchandies must be in good condition.
Prior to returning parts to us, please contact us for a Return Authorization Name, or Number. Call 1-800-548-6633, or use the "Contact Us" form, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you want to return and why you want to return it.
The following criteria must be followed:
1. A copy of the original packing slip or paid invoice must accompany any return parts.
2. Parts must be in good condition with all hardware (bolts, nuts, etc.) included.
3. All parts sold in carton quantity must be returned in the original cartons and be in carton quantity.
Failure to follow these criteria will result in a 25% minimum restock.
